Denmark
Prices

At LYKKELAND atelier all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We reserve the right to sell out.

Payment

We accept payment by Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Subject to price errors and sold out/out of stock items.

Delivery
For delivery to Denmark the following applies.

We use the following suppliers for shipping:
- DAO
- GLS

- UPS
- Post Nord

Delivery time 2-3 business days. We send parcels daily from Monday to Friday. This means that the vast majority of parcels have day to day delivery, however longer delivery may occur on all shipments if freight companies experience challenges with extra pressure, complications due to weather conditions or other sudden events.

Timely delivery requires that DAO, GLS, UPS and Post Nord comply with day-to-day delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays by DAO, UPS, GLS or Post Nord. In case of non-delivery, please contact us at: hello@lykkelandatelier.com

By choosing GLS Flex Home Delivery, where you can receive your package from GLS, without being at the address, both LYKKELAND ateliér and GLS disclaim responsibility for the package after it is delivered. It is advantageous if you have a room or similar where GLS may place the package so that it is not in plain view of everyone, thereby increasing the risk of the package getting lost.

Holidays:

A few times a year we cannot guarantee that our skilled carriers will be able to deliver in the same time frame as normal. Especially during Christmas shopping there can be challenges, but also around Easter, Black Friday etc., the big online shopping days. Therefore, to ensure you have your gift before Christmas, please order your package at least 6 days before Christmas Eve to maximise the chances of you having your package by then.

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your goods if you have any objections to your order. If there have been any errors, shortages, non-deliveries or other objections please contact us at hello@lykkelandatelier.com

 

EU

For deliveries abroad the following applies

Deliveries are only made to the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden and Germany Delivery is made by GLS to the above countries The price is 15 EUR If there are any requests for delivery of our products outside the above countries, please contact our customer service directly hello@lykkelandatelier.com).

    Complaints

    If you have a complaint about a product, please contact us via email hello@lykkelandatelier.com and include the following information: *name, *order number, *what the complaint is about and an *attached picture of the complaint.

    When you shop with us as a consumer, the Danish purchase law rules apply to the purchase of goods.

    This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months. Contact us before you send the goods. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

    You must complain within a “reasonable time” of discovering the fault. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging. Please also remember to obtain a receipt of dispatch so that we can reimburse your freight costs.

     

    Return & refund
    Refunds are made via the means of payment used for the purchase.

    Refunds will be made via the payment method used for the purchase. Returns You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of receiving your package and we will refund the money for the items you return. Once your return package arrives at our facility, we have 2-5 business days to process it here. You will receive an email from us when we have processed your return package. You must contact us within 5 days if there are any discrepancies between what you are returning and what we are processing.

    You must pay for the return of the package. However, LYKKELAND atelier gives a subsidy for the return of 20kr by using the code “Lykkeland20” on Returpakke.dk.

    You are liable if damage occurs during transport. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item. If you do not pick up your package, but it is returned to us uncollected, we will deduct a fee of 49,- from your order.

    For returns from EU countries, please use the attached link to find your nearest UPS access point.

    We only accept parcels sent directly to the address. We do not collect parcels from parcel shops and parcel boxes. You can also cancel your purchase by handing it in at the above address during our opening hours or by appointment.

    Condition of the goods when you return them If the item has lost value and this is due to you having used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get back part of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the goods, and in some cases this may mean that you do not get the purchase price back. Should you wish to return a product in a used condition, the deterioration of the item must not be beyond what is normal when trying on clothes in a clothes shop. Therefore, the clothes can be tried on and checked as if you were in a fitting room. You may try on the item, but not put it into actual use.

    We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the value of the item.

    Refund of the purchase price If you cancel your purchase from us, you will receive a refund for the goods you return to us. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

    Unless we have agreed otherwise, we will refund the money using the same means of payment that you used to make the purchase.

    In order for you to contract with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

    • Information about what you have purchased

    We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you and to deal with enquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place in accordance with the rules in our personal data policy for LYKKELAND atelier.
